Sitting at the high-end of the Electromatic Series, the Gretsch G5410T Tri-Five breathes pure Rock n’ Roll tone. And just like the Rat Rod, this high-gloss, 2.25 inch deep single-cut hollowbody comes fully suited up in a custom Two-Tone finish that’ll please all die-hard fans of classic custom American cars, since it echoes the paint job of a genuine fifties Bel Air Chevrolet. This Limited Edition model has also been voiced by a pair of Filter ’Tron pickups finished with pearloid inserts to really set off the pure style that this guitar exudes.
The G5410T Electromatic Tri-Five: Sparkling Depth
In terms of amplified sound, you’re essentially getting a three-star version of that renowned Gretsch tone. The Black Top humbuckers lend a touch more spice and sparkling brightness than a standard set of double-coils and set up the Tri-Five with an adaptable range, with Rock n’ Roll and Rockabilly at the core. Meanwhile, the tried-and-trusted set of volume and tone master pots, volume pots per pickup, and three-way selector switch grant full tonal access; the Bigsby B60 Vibrato tailpiece accommodates subtle to extreme tremolo-arm tricks, and the Standard U-shaped neck provides a slick and comfy playing feel.
