During the development of this left-handed AE295L, the craftspeople at Ibanez clearly weren’t afraid to think outside the box and gave this electro-acoustic steel-string a okoume body with a solid top to match. Even the nyatoh neck and katalox fretboard are made of materials you may have never heard of before and combine with the okoume resonance chamber to shape impressive sound backed by innovative X-M bracing. The latter was designed by Ibanez to ensure every last string vibration gets transferred to the top in full, resulting in tight and fat bass, brilliantly bright highs and an abundance of dynamics. An Ibanez Custom Electronics preamp and an AP11 pickup take solid care of the amplification and since the neck and body are built to provide maximum comfort and playability, we can’t really blame you for not ever wanting to put this guitar down after you pick it up.
