This single-cut may have a seriously iconic, vintage face, but this Les Paul classic has undergone some super-modern Epiphone-grade tweaks. Even the finish has a more contemporary flavour, and when you pick it up, the feel of the neck, the comfortably contoured heel, and surprisingly light weight-relief body are immediately noticeable. Two Epiphone humbuckers form exactly the kind of authentic LP-style sound you would ever want and, using the push/pull pots provided, the number of tonal profiles is doubled, flipping this guitar’s sound from thick to thin in the wee bat of an eye.
