In the faithfully detailed form of this Vintera Series ’50s Stratocaster, Fender offer sweet and pure Strat tone, vintage playability, and classic, rugged good-looks. Built with the outstanding modern build-quality offered by the Ensenada workshop in Mexico, this Strat comes loaded with some Custom Shop grade features, but at a much more attainable price. The quality of the Classic and Classic Player Series models give you an idea of what you’re getting – but here, it’s all been taken a step or two further.
The Vintera 50s Stratocaster: Vintage Fifties Sound & Feel
This vintage spec Strat has been mounted with a trio of Vintage-Style ’50s Single-Coil pickups that have been voiced to shape that genuine, era-defining fifties sound. Naturally, this comes supported by a set of tone and volume controls and a 5-way pickup switch so you can get tone browsing. This model is so dedicated, you even get treated to the snug feel of the original ’50s soft-V profile neck coupled with the 7.25″ fretboard radius. Note bends and vibrato effects are supported and stabilised by the authentic vintage-style tremolo bridge, and finally, this sensitively finished Strat has been given the Road Worn ageing treatment to complete the illusion that you’re actually holding a guitar that’s just turned 70 – it has, right?
This Limited Edition model has been given a Road Worn nitrocellulose lacquer treatment which is finished by hand for an authentically vintage look!
