The poplar body has been fitted with a maple neck to produce a full and transparent sound that can be tweaked and applied to any playing style, no matter what genre your band falls into, and this multi-dimensional tone is backed up by a pair of Dynamix pickups. So, at the neck, you get precision-bass-style single-coil sound that’s balanced out by a jazz-bass-style single-coil at the bridge and the result can be tweaked with ease using the active tone controls. Since playability is just as essential, you get the snug comfort of a TMB4 neck combined with an ergonomic body shape, completing a four-string bass that can capably serve as a solid learning tool as well as a stage stormer.
