This pair of adjustable ISO-L8R130 speaker stands from IsoAcoustics is designed to help optimize the positioning of your monitor speakers for your professional or home studio setup. The stands utilize IsoAcoustics’ patented floating architecture which allows for improved isolation of the speakers from their supporting surfaces. This is intended to help reduce energy transfer and vibration and that would otherwise affect your sound.
The ISO-L8R130 stands are designed to support small monitor speakers no more than 5″ wide and no heavier than 20 pounds. The stands have 2 x different height configurations and they can be set to raise your speakers either 2.5″ or 8″ from the supporting surface. The height can be adjusted to ensure that the speakers are positioned at ear level relative to the person sitting in the mix position. They also come with 2 x sets of end plugs that provide 14 x different tilt adjustments. These adjustment features are designed to help you to optimize the focus of the sound and improve stereo imaging.
