Solid Build, Solid Sound & Sleek Design
Next to Mackie-grade build quality, this pair of considerately-priced monitors also boast the great sound quality and visual design we’ve come to expect from the American developers. Each monitor produces 50 Watts of clear, defined sound, and since this is an active pair, they come fitted with RCA and mini-jack inputs and can be directly hooked up to a computer, phone, or CD player, without the need for an external amplifier. To ease audio playback that bit more, Mackie have even equipped the CR3-XBTs with Bluetooth connectivity.
ProTools Software
Along with the pair of speakers, this full set-up comes complete with a copy of ProTools First Professional recording software and a matching plug-in package. Since the beginning of time (or thereabouts), ProTools have been a heavy-weight contender in the world of audio editing and mixing software, and this pack gets you 23 high-quality audio plug-ins including BBD Delay, Eleven Lite, 304E EQ and 304C Compressor.
