The fresh and exciting off-set design of the Jackson Kelly KEXS includes a lightning-fast neck, ample metal-style refinement and massively powerful tone. The lightweight mahogany body of the KEXS lends its unique look to the ’broken-glass’ top, which combines with the neck-through construction to pull out more sustain. To ensure optimal stability, Jackson have reinforced the maple neck with graphite so that the neck remains stable whenever the temperature doesn’t. Adorned with pearloid sharkfin position markers, the laurel fretboard is home to 24 jumbo frets and has a 12″ to 16″ compound radius to ease both rhythm work and lead-playing.
Spit Fiery Tone with Volcanic Pickups
Built for tight metal riffs and face-melting solos, the KEXS comes equipped with two high-output humbuckers, where the fuss-free electronics include a 3-way toggle switch for the pickups plus a single volume and tone pot. This shred-ready guitar even comes equipped with a Floyd Rose Special bridge for pro-grade tuning stability, and has been finished with white binding and that iconic, pointed headstock.
