In 1998 Disney followed their ultra-successful feature The Lion King with The Lion King 2: Simba’s Pride. The main and recurring theme: We are One continues to blend basic Christian attitudes with New Age philosophy and full vocal sonorities bolster this dramatic anthem.
This is an inspirational choral setting for 2-part Choir and Piano accompaniment arranged by Roger Emerson based on Tom Snow’s engaging music.
The overriding message is to find courage, wisdom and strength within yourself and realise that ‘the team’ is more important than the individual.
