The SXCA-16 Alto Diatonic xylophone has a range stretching from C1 to A2 and comes including a pair of beaters, an extra Bb tone bar and two extra F# tone bars. This instrument weighs 8kg and measures 700 x 310 x 300mm. The distinct sound and playing techniques of this percussive instrument are an excellent addition for the music rooms of both primary and secondary schools or even a music therapy practice. The tone bars have been made from padouk wood and have been mounted onto a plywood cabinet.
