Vox present their reissue of the classic AC15C1 combo complete with the black grille cloth found on front of ’60s examples of this amp, hence the name, ’Vintage Black.’ Less vintage is the fresh Celestion G12M-65 Creamback speaker housed inside, which shapes a better defined midrange and a more shimmering high-end, giving the already unique, characteristic original Vox sound, a little more life. Since you can’t exactly improve on perfection, every other feature remains faithful to the original AC15C1. However, since this is a limited edition, only a few will ever be made.
