The Steinberg The Guitar Recording Kit is a complete studio in-a-box, providing any writing and recording guitarist with an audio interface, recording software, modelling software, and even a jack lead. Connect the compact Steinberg UR22C USB3 audio interface up to your computer and record licks riffs and noodles in astoundingly detailed audio quality, and with the full support of Line 6 Helix Native: a slice of high-end modelling software packed with different virtual amplifiers, cabinets, microphones, and of course, effects. The bonus of using this more virtual recording method over miking up a real amp and pedalboard, is that you can always swap out amps and cabs, shift the microphone, and tweak and change up effects, even after you’ve recorded. On top of that, you’re provided with a copy of Cubase Artist recording and production software to run on your computer and Cubasis LE, which basically puts Cubase directly on your iPad, so you can edit and polish up your current project in full mobile comfort.
