The forceful sound of this deep-diving chopping board of a bass is shaped by a satin-black-cloaked alder body combined with a direct-mount EMG 35CS humbucker touched up with a black logo. This is the ESP LTD M-4 Black Metal. The macassar ebony freboard has been completely stripped of position markers, leaving a clean and tight look (and the competent guidance of glow-in-the-dark side dots), while the high-grade hardware includes a full set of 21 stainless-steel XJ frets, a Gotoh bridge and Grover machine heads, completing a straight-up bass-beast that may or may not have just crawled out of the underworld.
