The ESP LTD Phoenix-1004 Deluxe Series 4-string bass packs the resonant sustain and unshakable stability of a neck-thru-body construction where the high-grade five-piece mahogany and walnut neck extends through the length of the mahogany body. The uncompromising body shape and deep cutaway grant smooth access to each of the 21 extra-jumbo stainless-steel frets while the black-ebony fretboard and satin finish of the back of the neck provide a gliding playing feel. It also comes dressed entirely in black.

Treated with the kind of care and exacting attention you would only expect of ESP LTD, the Phoenix has been loaded with a solid Gotoh 201B-4 bridge and a set of LTD Vintage machine heads and finished with an undeniably cool reversed headstock. The mounted pair of EMG-designed pickups guarantee solid J-style tone backed up by a fierce punch, fast bass response and enhanced definition and each pickup is tweaked with ease using the dedicated pair of volume pots. This formidable, ground-shaking bass also comes dressed entirely in black.
