The grand auditorium shape is made up of a high-qualilty, selected spruce soundboard supported by an ovangkol back and sides and a mahogany neck – the perfect recipe for rich, refined and balanced acoustic tone that’s perfect for fingerpicking as well as dynamic chord strumming. Underneath the soundboard, quartersawn scalloped bracing has been fitted to give the wood more freedom to move and resonate, resulting in fuller sound and pronounced bass. Once you’re ready, this guitar can also be taken from the sofa to the stage with ease due to the integrated Barcus Berry LX4 preamp, while the snug feel of the body, the deep and graceful cutaway, and the comfortable feel of the neck will only help take your playing to the next level.
